Ever since I was young I had been an avid fan of computer games. I really love playing computer games, specially console games so when xbox 360 came out in the market I immediately told myself that I will buy one for myself. So I started earning money to buy one. When finally I earned enough money I went to buy my own xbox 360 and started using it but at first I was having trouble on how to operate its different functions. Good thing there was a call center by xbox. I called for customer assistance and told them my problem. The operator told and directed me the basic information I needed and guide me on how to properly operate the xbox and he also gave me tips and advices to avoid it from malfunctioning. Good thing there are call centers they are so helpful in times of needs.
